Shipping and return policies for MallowMan

Currently, I am not shipping anything. But as such time as I set up shop for merchandise, this section will contain detailed shipping information and estimated times of arrival.
Return Policy
A. Digital Download Return Policy

All purchases of my digital albums are non-refundable.

If you have mislocated or lost your copy of your downloaded album (digital accidents happen!), I will be happy to provide you a replacement copy for free, in view of your purchase receipt or transaction register that says you paid for your item. Reach out to me if you need support or have trouble recovering your purchase here at Bandcamp.

B. Merch or Shipped Items

Claims for returning items that have been damaged after arrival are not eligible for return. I assume no responsibility, monetarily, financially, legally, or personally for items damaged after you have received them.

If your item arrived in good condition, is not damaged and is in suitable condition and appears to be met to my quality of standard, you are not eligible for a refund.

Some of my branded merchandise may come from third party sellers. As I've no way to manufacture said merchandise in-house. I cannot assume responsibility for the quality one of these services ships their items in. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your item upon receipt, you are eligible to ask for a refund or a replacement. I do my best to select vendors that will ensure the quality of any merchandise my fans received. This may happen from time to time, and I apologize if it ever does.

C. What you need to provide to make a refund claim

Items that have arrived with shipping damage are required to have a USPS, UPS, FedEx (or other Postal Carrier) insurance claims receipt & shipping label attached to your complaint detailing the fact you have made attempts to receive compensation for your item to be eligible for a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your item, pictures of the item, video, or any anomalies in manufacturing presented to me are welcome. I will not accept refund claims without these proofs or points given.

D. Replacement Items

You will be provided with a suitable replacement if the item is still available, if you wish. If the item is no longer available, you will be financially compensated for the equivalent of the item's original selling price, minus local sales tax.
